The national institute of health and other bodies has conducted a new study on 250 women between the ages of 18-44 and they have realized that most of the women who have stress levels experience the symptoms of PMS.
According to the study, most women in their ovulation suffer physiological and psychological distress during both ovulation and menstruation. Most of the symptoms include mood swings, depression, bloating and cramping.
The research’s said women who complained of higher stress levels were more likely to develop PMS symptoms. The rate was as high as 4 times.
According to reports, at least 10 studies have found an association between stress and PMS symptoms, but none was able to tell whether stress made symptoms worse or if severe PMS caused women to feel stressed out. |

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a condition wherein a group of symptoms are exhibited related to the menstrual cycle. PMS symptoms crops up 10 days before your menstruation actually begin.
