Postnatal Care
After the delivery the mom and baby both require adequate care and nourishment. Since the mother would feel deprived of sleep and energy, it is important for her to regain her strength. The program emphasizes on the physical and emotional health of the mother and baby, providing the care and support and helping the mother recover from the stress and strain of childbirth.

There are two levels in our postnatal care:

“Ma” the first level completely focuses on the new mothers who lack support and guidance.
This starts from the day of delivery until for a period of 3 months with the main focus on
Physical and emotional support for the mother
Relief of body pains and weakness
Breast feeding and bonding with the baby
Correcting digestive troubles and diet for the postnatal period
Recovery schedule and start up exercises include Yoga & Pranayama
Knowing your baby and Nurturing the EI of the baby
Co-custodianship model and planning

Postnatal care program is customized after the first consultation.

“Matha” the second level is for the complete mothers who aim at “Getting back to shape”
This is 3 months after delivery with the further Focus on
Mother getting back to shape
Nurturing the EI of the baby related to the stage
Parenting and grooming of the baby
Supporting Mother transition
Family togetherness
